Choosing the right treatment

For your thirties

During your thirties, skin cell turnover slows down and the skin of the outer layer is clogged with dead skin cells, resulting in a dull complexion. Also collagen and elastin fibers start to be less tight. The result is the beginning of fine lines and wrinkles, especially around dynamic areas, such as the eyes and forehead. Your skin may also be less smooth and with larger pores.

Appropriate treatments to consider in your 30's would be for example peeling with glycolic acid to promote the production of elastin and collagen. This is a good age to start with Botox injections to soften the small wrinkles around the eyes and frown, so main goal will be minimizing wrinkles and especially preventing formation of deep lines.
